How do I place an order? +
Browse our collections, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking) or choose Cash on Delivery.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹5,000.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing. After that, please raise a return request once delivered.
Do you offer EMI options? +
Yes, EMI is available on select credit cards via Razorpay at checkout for orders above ₹3,000.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in major cities. Furniture may take 7–14 days.
Is there free shipping? +
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹20,000.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Do you deliver outside India? +
Currently we deliver within India only. For international enquiries, please contact us.
Products & Quality
Are your products genuine? +
Absolutely. We are authorised retailers for every brand we carry. All products come with original manufacturer tags and warranties.
How do I care for my products? +
Care instructions are included with every product and displayed on the product page. Generally: dry clean or gentle cold wash for fabrics, wipe with dry cloth for décor.
Can I see products in person? +

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
30-day hassle-free returns for most items in original condition. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How long do refunds take? +
5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is refunded to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged item? +
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or refund at no cost.
